Application Instructions: Preparation Method 1: Add DXCRSL2 into the specified amount of water and heat to 40-50°C. Then, add hydrochloric acid (HCl) to adjust the pH to 2-3. Preparation Method 2: Another method involves adding 90% of the required acid to water at 45°C, followed by the addition of DXCRSL2 to the acid water. Add the remaining acid to achieve the desired pH. For CRS-2 bitumen emulsion, the typical dosage of DXCRSL2 is 0.2-0.3%.
