The  Asphalt Emulsifier is one type of the Emulsifier with Cationic lignin Ammonium. It can Emulsify all various types of heavy asphalt and imported Asphalt, also no obvious damage to Asphalt. It is applied to the production of SS Emulsified Asphalt .

2.3 Usage and Dosage:

Different asphalt dosage is different,The optimum dosage is determined according to the experiment

   ①　Soap Temperature：55-70℃

   ② Asphalt Temperature：125-130℃

   ③ Soap Add amount：20-25‰（90＃Asphalt）

   ④ Hydrochloric acid modulation PH1.8-2.0

⑤ Matching：Asphalt：Water＝5：5
